In 2018, Sarah and Karine opened their own Sales Agency focusing on Fashion, Footwear and Accessories. Over the next couple of years, the Sales Agency grew and so did the demand for their Sales and Marketing expertise. KS Agency is now a full service Sales and Marketing Agency offering bilingual services across Canada and working with a variety of clients. ​

Karine Lefebvre
 
Karine began her career as an Assistant Buyer and Visual Merchandiser in Men’s Wear in Montreal where she discovered a passion for the retail industry. She built her expertise over several years and she transitioned to an Account Manager role in the Baby and Kids Sector, where she was responsible for the success of some of today’s top lines across Canada. Working for one of Canada’s largest distributors for Baby and Children’s Hardware, Accessories and Clothing, Karine grew her skill set and knowledge base, which prepared her to venture next into the Children's Gear Sector where she was trusted to manage all of Canada for a top selling stroller company. With her diverse resume, Karine has now developed into an Industry Expert in both Merchandising and Product Marketing.

Sarah Marshall
 
Sarah is originally from Ontario and now based in Vancouver with her husband and two active boys. She brings a different set of skills and experience to the duo. She has been in the Professional Sales Industry since 2005 working in a variety of fields with Pharmaceutical and the Children’s Market being her primary focus for the past 15+ years. She held the titles of Sales Representative, Regional Manager and Director of Canadian Sales in these areas before partnering with Karine and launching KS Agency. Sarah’s entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to create a business as she saw a hole in the market for companies looking for outsourced Sales and Marketing across Canada.
